About me, well, I live in beautiful Marin County, California, just north of San Francisco. I have over 20 years experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, Health-Fitness Educator, and Fitness Trainer. My academic credentials include a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from San Francisco State University. I'm a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine and hold certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health-Fitness Specialist and Health-Exercise Nutritionist. Running and weight lifting has been a part of my life for over 30 years now, and I don't regret a minute of it.
